FJCU March to $100M Centennial Campaign
★FJCU March to $100M Centennial Campaign★
In celebration of the 100th Anniversary of Fu Jen Catholic University in 2025, the Fu Jen University Foundation proudly joins President Lan’s inaugural centennial fundraising initiative. In partnership with Fu Jen Catholic University and Fu Jen Catholic University Hospital, we are pleased to launch the FJCU March to $100M Centennial Campaign.
This historic campaign calls upon alumni and friends worldwide to help secure a strong and sustainable foundation for Fu Jen’s next century of excellence.
A leadership gift of US$33,000 (equivalent to NT$1,000,000) represents a milestone commitment to the University’s long-term development. Donors who complete or formally pledge this amount by December 2024 will:
- Receive applicable tax benefits in accordance with local regulations; and
- Have their designated name permanently engraved on the Centennial Time Capsule (a commemorative metal sculpture), to be preserved on campus as a lasting tribute to their generosity.
The Centennial Time Capsule will be ceremonially sealed in mid-January 2025, incorporating significant historical records of the University and formally inaugurating the centennial celebration. Participating donors will be invited to witness this meaningful and historic occasion.
The campus landmark sculpture “Moonlight” by distinguished alumnus and renowned artist Yang Ying-feng symbolizes gratitude and remembrance. The Centennial Time Capsule installation will be integrated with this sculpture, forming a commemorative centennial landscape and lighting design that reflects alumni devotion and enduring legacy.
Participation is limited. Nearly 80 alumni worldwide have already responded in support.
Note: Five percent (5%) of total contributions will be allocated to the University Development Fund.
